Uvod: Kaj sploh pomeni »atraktor« v politiki V naravoslovju, zlasti v sistemski teoriji in dinamiki kompleksnih sistemov, pojem atraktorja označuje stanje ali niz stanj, proti kateremu sistem spontano teži. Ne zato, ker bi bil tja potisnjen od zunaj, temveč zato, ker notranja struktura sistema takšno gibanje omogoča, spodbuja ali celo zahteva. Atraktor ni cilj v klasičnem pomenu besede.
